About CDHA

Cedar Downs HOA includes 170 homes in the heart of Maple Valley, Washington. Established in 1976, Cedar Downs remains a desirable neighborhood of large lots, mature trees and custom homes. Members also enjoy access to a private park on Pipe Lake.
