- I have read and understand the Cedar Downs Homeowners Association governing documents, and agree to abide by the protective covenants and rules established through those documents.
- I understand that if any exterior change is made before the request has received ACC approval, Cedar Downs Homeowners Association has the right to require that such improvement, alteration or change not approved by the ACC be removed from my property, as well as to impose a $250 fee for non-compliance with CDHA Rules.
- Per ACC policy, projects that have not been started within six months of ACC approval will require submission of a new Change Application, and projects that have not been completed within six months of ACC approval will require an extension.
