The HOA is looking into a text messaging service to send occasional SMS messages to members (likely no more than 6 per year) to enable quick delivery of timely information. One example would be when the entrance hill is closed on short notice due to weather, construction or accident. You would be able to opt out from receiving texts at any time. Consent for Electronic Communication

Member consent is required in order for certain communication (such as notice of general membership meetings) to be considered official when delivered by electronic means. Sending notices by email can facilitate faster delivery and may help to avoid potential problems caused by weather or mail delays. Please check the box below to give your consent.

I authorize Cedar Downs Homeowners Association to send me all official association communications (including meeting notices) by email. I understand and agree that it will be my responsibility to notify the association of any changes to my email address(es). I also understand that I may revoke this consent at any time by delivering a written record of the revocation (including by electronic means) to the secretary or another officer of the association. Lakefront Park Access

Residents within CDHA have access to a private park on Pipe Lake. Park entry requires a keycard for the vehicle gate or access code for the pedestrian gate; each household will be provided with one keycard and one access code upon completing required paperwork. If the resident of the CDHA home you own requests a keycard, both you and the resident will have to fill out the keycard log.
