Consent for Electronic Communication

Member consent is required in order for certain communication (such as notice of general membership meetings) to be considered official when delivered by electronic means. Sending notices by email can facilitate faster delivery and may help to avoid potential problems caused by weather or mail delays. Please check the box below to give your consent.

Lakefront Park Access

Residents within CDHA have access to a private park on Pipe Lake. Park entry requires a keycard for the vehicle gate or access code for the pedestrian gate; each household will be provided with one keycard and one access code upon completing required paperwork.
