– Jules Gommi Pavilion
Cedar Downs HOA members and residents have access to the Jules Gommi Pavilion at the CDHA lakefront park. The picnic pavilion is named in honor of the late Jules Gommi, former HOA president and longtime community volunteer.
We accept pavilion reservations for members’ personal and social functions (no business use). Please familiarize yourself with our Park and Pavilion Rules, and abide by all state, county, and local public health guidelines in place at the time of the gathering.

– Consent for Electronic Communication
While email is the default method of communication to members by Cedar Downs HOA, we ask that our members give their consent to receive official HOA communication (such as general membership meeting notices) by electronic means. To authorize email delivery of official HOA notices, please fill out a CDHA Neighbor Questionnaire and be sure to check the Consent for Electronic Communication authorization.
